I was disappointed because it’s not really clear where the charity money is actually going. The impact info feels vague, i expected more transparency. At the very least, I think an apology would be fair for not making this clearer upfront.

I was disappointed with the sale. The discount barely made a difference, so it didn’t feel worth it at all. When I reached out to support, I got the feeling they were kind of blaming me for expecting more from the sale instead of actually acknowledging the issue.

Not gonna lie, Olivela has a really nice mix of luxury brands. I found a few designers on there that I don’t usually see everywhere, which was a nice surprise. I’m giving it 4 stars because some sizes seem to sell out quickly, but overall I had a good experience.

I ordered a bag from Olivela and had that sinking “here we go again” feeling when I opened it. The photos made it look more structured and a little darker, but in person the color was lighter and the shape was much softer, almost like it wasn’t the same bag I thought I was buying.
