I was disappointed with the sale. The discount barely made a difference, so it didn’t feel worth it at all. When I reached out to support, I got the feeling they were kind of blaming me for expecting more from the sale instead of actually acknowledging the issue.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I reached out about my order, and I wondered if maybe I was overthinking the issue. But the customer service team got back to me quickly and was really nice about everything. They helped sort it out without making it complicated or stressful. I was a little worried at first, but it ended up being totally fine. I’m really happy with how they handled it...

"Nice little surprise with my order"
I placed the order and didn’t think much about it after that, since I figured it would take the usual few days to even start moving. I was just going about my week and then suddenly it showed up at my door way earlier than I expected. Everything was fine with the package, and the shipping ended up being seriously fast. Thanks!

Not gonna lie, Olivela has a really nice mix of luxury brands. I found a few designers on there that I don’t usually see everywhere, which was a nice surprise. I’m giving it 4 stars because some sizes seem to sell out quickly, but overall I had a good experience.

I ordered a bag from Olivela what arrived didn’t really match the description. The size seemed different than what was listed, and the color wasn’t quite what I expected either... For the price, that was really frustrating. I’d be hesitant to trust the product details again...

I had to return a pair of shoes, and the whole process was easier than I expected. The return label was simple to find, and I really appreciated getting updates once I sent the package back. I’m not super happy with how my order showed up. The box was dented, and the item had a few small marks on it... almost like it had already been handled or returned before. Shipping itself was fine, but for the price, I really expected it to arrive in better condition

I ordered a bag from Olivela and was a little nervous about the shipping, but it arrived exactly when they said it would. The tracking updated fine the whole way too. If anything, the only issue was my own bad timing because it showed up on a super busy day for me. Not their fault at all though, everything went smoothly and I’d definitely order again.

I was ready to place an order on olivela, but the payment step made me pause. The page felt a little glitchy, and I didn’t get that clear, secure feeling you want when you’re about to type in your card info. Like, this is not the moment for the site to feel off, make it make sense.
Maybe everything was totally fine, but I ended up backing out before finishing the purchase. For a store selling higher-end items, I expected the checkout process and security details to feel a lot more polished and reassuring. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not one that made me feel comfortable enough to continue.

"Photos were off again"
I ordered a bag from Olivela and had that sinking “here we go again” feeling when I opened it. The photos made it look more structured and a little darker, but in person the color was lighter and the shape was much softer, almost like it wasn’t the same bag I thought I was buying.
Shipping was fine and the packaging was decent, so nothing went wrong there. I’m just tired of choosing something based on nice product photos and then getting surprised when it shows up looking different. At this price, the pictures really need to be accurate, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless they added better real-life photos

I’m not sure if I just ordered the wrong size or what, but this ran way smaller than I expected. I usually know my size well, so it was a little frustrating.

I ordered a designer wallet from Olivela, it all looked right to me. It came with the box, dust bag, tags, the whole thing. The stitching looked clean, and the serial info matched what I was expecting, so I feel good about it being authentic. Shipping did take a few extra days to get moving, so that was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order from them again if the price was right.

"Sizes kept disappearing while I was trying to order"
I tried placing an order twice, but both times the size I wanted showed up until I added it to my cart, then suddenly it was unavailable. I was kind of in a rush, so it was frustrating to keep going back and checking again. The site looks nice overall, but the stock info doesn’t seem like it updates fast enough.

I was going through my emails after placing an order and noticed the confirmation didn’t look quite right, which just made me second-guess whether everything had gone through properly. I sent a message mostly so I could stop worrying about it, since I figured it might take a while for anyone to respond.
Later that same day, someone from support got back to me, and it was clear they had actually read my message instead of sending a generic reply. They were friendly, didn’t make me explain the whole thing again, and got it sorted out easily. It was a small thing, but I really appreciated it

I’ve ordered from Olivela a couple of times now, my experience has been really solid. Everything I received was authentic, nicely packaged, and matched the order details, which definitely made me feel confident shopping there.
The only thing is that shipping wasn’t the fastest for me, and one of the email updates came a little later than I expected. I did get a bit nervous for a moment, but customer service responded and gave me a clear, helpful answer, so that was reassuring.
I’d happily shop there again, just probably not for something I needed in a rush. Overall, it feels like a trustworthy site, and I liked the quality of what I got.

I ordered from olivela and expected the shipping to be way more expensive based on what I’d seen around. So I did feel a little misled going in, like it was going to be another site with surprise fees at checkout. But the shipping cost ended up being reasonable, and there weren’t any weird extra charges added on. My package arrived just fine too, so overall I was happy with the experience
